Mobile Pivot
We pivoted to a WhatsApp bot, using banners and brochures to attract organic traffic. This phase quickly validated the mobile approach and highlighted a high demand for Chinese translation.

Demographic Validation
We first validated our mobile approach with the Malay community, receiving an overwhelmingly positive response. We then returned to Fei Yue CC to successfully test our new mobile hypothesis, bringing the pilot to its conclusion.
